Eureka - Real Assets manages a significant retail portfolio across its various investment funds. This ranges from ancillary retail associated with office and hotel assets through to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, a 115,470m² super regional centre.

In 2010 Eureka - Real Assets implemented an innovative property and development management structure for Indooroopilly Shopping Centre whereby a new management company was established. This company is owned by the fund and delivers significant benefits to the underlying fund investors in terms of financial return and transparency. In addition, it has effectively removed the conflicts of interest inherent in the traditional integrated service model common in the Australian retail real estate market.

Eureka - Real Assets boasts a strong team of professionals who have extensive experience in all aspects of hotel investment and management. Eureka - Real Assets currently manages nine hotels totalling some 2520 rooms. Over its history, Eureka - Real Assets has acquired, on behalf of its clients, 13 hotels with a total value of approximately $715 million.
